Step into your highest frequency at the Temecula Salt Cave with my signature blend of Reiki, Kundalini Activation, heart-enlightening intuitive energy healing and 30 min of grounding bodywork. Balance the physical, emotional, and spiritual body. Release blockages, realign your energy, and embody clarity, confidence, and peace. This 2 hr session consists mainly of energy healing and includes 30 min. bodywork for grounding.
Experience a session in their treatment room or in the salt therapy room surrounded by himalayan salt crystal walls and a halogenerator.

During a session, a facilitator works with life force energy, the power of sound, and vibratory resonance to guide you on a phenomenal inner journey. You will just lay down, close your eyes, listen to some music, and relax.
The goal is to help you somatically release emotions that are no longer serving you, move beyond layers of fear and pain, and heal deep-rooted blocks.

Salt Stone Massage

Similar to, but also unique to a hot stone massage, this massage uses warm salt crystal stones to promote an overall sense of well being by soothing away stress and tension. The natural properties of the stones help to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, balance EMF overload, and is a natural
